Hands-Free Driving and the Super Cruise Question
Shoppers cross-shopping large SUVs often ask whether the Grand Cherokee offers Super Cruise. Super Cruise is General Motors' hands-free system and is not available on a Jeep. What the Grand Cherokee offers for 2026 is its own new available Hands-Free Active Driving Assist system, which lets you take your hands off the wheel on compatible divided highways while the vehicle handles steering, acceleration and braking, with a driver-attention camera keeping watch. Every Grand Cherokee also includes a standard rear-view camera, electronic stability and traction control, and a full airbag set. Exact standard content on the Laredo and Laredo X is lighter than on the Limited, so confirm the specific features on the build you are considering.
Available Driver Assistance and Packages
Higher trims and option packages add a 360-degree surround-view camera, a night-vision camera that scans for pedestrians and animals ahead, a digital rearview mirror, drowsy-driver detection, parallel and perpendicular park assist, a head-up display, and the Hands-Free Active Driving Assist system.
